We're always working to enhance the CareATC Mobile App to provide you with a better experience. In addition to bug fixes and performance improvements, our latest update includes the ability to choose your preferred CareATC health center and primary care provider directly in the app. Browse suggested locations near you and get to know our providers before your visit. Once set, you can view details and get directions to your preferred health center in the Locations tab, or manage your health center and provider preferences in the Account tab. Then, when scheduling your next appointment, results for your primary care provider will be shown first.

We're always working to enhance the CareATC mobile app to provide you with a better experience. In this update, we have implemented several improvements based on valuable feedback from our members. Here's what's new:

· Added a new Upcoming Appointments section to the Home tab, making it easy to view and manage your scheduled appointments.

· Updated the Locations tab to include even more details, such as hours, parking information, and general location notes for CareATC health centers near you.

· Improved navigation by integrating Universal Links throughout the app. Now, when you tap on links to the CareATC Patient Portal from your mobile device, you'll be seamlessly directed to the corresponding content within the app.

· Added a new Library tab, providing convenient access to all the great content in our Health Education Library.

· Moved the My PHA tab to a new tile on the Home tab, which will display as soon as your Personal Health Assessment results are ready to view.

· Implemented additional user interface enhancements throughout the app, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

New In-App Account Registration Process: Members will now enjoy a streamlined, simple, and secure process for setting up their CareATC Patient Portal Accounts directly in the mobile app. And if you ever forget your login information, you'll be able to recover your credentials easily and securely through the app as well.

Virtual Visit Scheduling: Patients can now schedule virtual visits through the mobile app with their CareATC provider! Telephone visits, as well as video-based visits through Zoom can now be scheduled easily through the app. And now joining your Zoom visit is even easier with the new Join Visit button in Patient Dashboard for all video-based appointments.

Add To Calendar: Adding appointments to your device's default calendar is now even easier! Just tap the Add to Calendar button below your appointment in Patient Dashboard to save your appointment details to your favorite calendar. And now, if you haven't already granted us access to your calendar, we'll ask again each time you tap the Add to Calendar button before proceeding. Also, if you're adding a Zoom-based appointment to your calendar, your Zoom Meeting details will now be included as well!

Personal Health Assessment Results: After completing your Personal Health Assessment, you'll be able to download your personalized PHA Results Booklet in addition to viewing your results through the mobile app. This booklet contains an overview of your results and explains what they mean. Be sure to also watch your personalized PHA Live video, too!
